In 2003, Glen and Sarah Hein of Menomonie, WI put their
vision of creating a very functional and professional catering
business into action. In September of 2003 they signed with
their first clients for a 50th anniversary party. Since that
first party,Black Tie Catering has done several weddings,
company appreciation meals, going away parties, birthday
parties, and fund raising events.
The mission of Black Tie Catering is to provide its clients
and their guests with the best presentation, taste, and
quality of food at an affordable price.
Black Tie Catering holds up to its name by keeping a very
formal image for all events, no matter what size. Tuxedo
shirts, black pants, vests, and bow-ties are what all staff
members are outfitted in for every event.
After leasing kitchen space for 3 years, Black Tie Catering
broke ground in May of 2006 for their own kitchen facility.
The kitchen is state approved and inspected by the Dunn
County Health Department for preparation of food products.
Black Tie Catering is a fully licensed and insured company
with owners having a certification of Food Safety and
